On a personal note, violence like what happened this past weekend can never be tolerated. Although I doubt a direct correlation in this instance between the vitriolic speech we often see and experience today and the actions of a madman exist, I do think it should all give us some pause. We should all learn to be more kind to one another.
In response to the overwhelming offers of support for the family of Los Angeles Dodgers scout John Green, the club today created an email address where family, friends and members of the community can share their thoughts and feelings on the tragic passing of Christina Taylor Green.
