Above is a very rare 1888 Joseph Hall team cabinet photograph of the Brooklyn Bridegrooms. (Auction Link) Both Bob Caruthers and Adonis Terry are featured in the photo. BTW, please note that photo was taken at teams home field at Washington Park located on the corner of 3rd Street and 4th Avenue in Brooklyn. In fact, the photographer, Joseph Hall, had his studio in Brooklyn, so nearly all of his Baseball pics (including his Old Judge's) were taken there.
Here is something you don't see very often. Above is an unopened pack of 1953 Red Man tobacco with Pee Wee Reese showing on the front. (Auction Link)
I wonder if Vin Scully sat his butt on this chair way back when.
Above is a chair from the Ebbets Field press box. (Auction Link)
Lastly, below is a circa 1950's Gibbs-Connor Company coin bank prototype of the Brooklyn Dodgers "Bum" riding a trolley. (Auction Link) Per the auction description:
As most collectors are aware, the Gibbs-Connor Company, which was based in Cleveland, Ohio, was a small manufacture of porcelain products, best known today for its production of a few Cleveland Indians banks featuring the likeness of Chief Wahoo. However, in 2012, an amazing find of Gibbs-Connor prototype banks, cookie jars, ashtrays, and other oddball pieces was discovered by the relatives of a former employee of the company. This bank originates from that find and is one of only two Brooklyn Dodgers banks found in the collection. (It must be noted that a small number of Brooklyn Dodgers cookie jars, which are nearly identical in design to this bank, were also included in the find.) As such, it remains one of the "Holy Grails" of Brooklyn Dodgers collectibles.
