I'm very late with this preview. Featured here are a couple of unique Dodger memorabilia pieces currently available at Heritage's current sports auction.

If I had a man-cave this would be on top of my list of gets.
Above is a Dodger Stadium banner from 1998 that is currently available at Heritage Auctions. (auction link) It is a full eight feet tall and approximately three feet wide, and includes a fantastic snapshot of Hall of Famer Mike Piazza emblazoned on a backdrop of Dodger Stadium and a wonderfully blue starry night. The stadium banner celebrates the 40th anniversary of Dodger Stadium.
This last item has my mind whirling - not because its a great memorabilia piece but because of how it originally got into a collectors hands. Below is a 1950's era Brooklyn Dodgers equipment bag (likely for bats) once owned by catcher Roy Campanella. (auction link) The Wilson equipment bag even has a secretarial signature of Campanella (that was signed by his wife).
Apparently, it came into a collectors hands through a garage sale held by the Campanella's. You heard that right. Some time in the 70's the Campanella's held a garage sale at their and one of things you could have walked away with is this bag.
How cool would that be?
