2017 Topps Now - #216 & #218 - Taylor's Saturday Slam Deserves Two Cards

Saturday was a day of Baseball achievements. Fans not only got to witness a no-hitter by Marlins veteran right-hander Edinson Volquez, but also saw future Hall of Famer Albert Pujols record his 600th career home run -- on a grand slam, no less. In fact, there were seven grand slams on the day, and Topps saw fit to create a 2017 Topps Now card to celebrate the collective feat. Go here to check it out and order.

As you can see, Dodgers outfielder Chris Taylor is featured prominently on the front. He hit his grand slam in the ninth inning off of Brewers fill-in closer Carlos Torres to win Saturday's game. Per Adam McCalvy and Ken Gurnick at MLB.com:
"I knew he had a good cutter and I was just looking for a pitch over the middle and not expand away. That's where he gets his outs," said Taylor. "When it got to two strikes, I just shortened up and wanted to put one in play in the outfield. He left one over the middle and I put a good swing on it. That's the funny thing -- sometimes, the best swing is the two-strike swing, your batting-practice swing, when you don't have a tendency to do more, because that's when you get in trouble."
Naturally, Taylor's surprising come-from-behind winner deserves its own 2017 Topps Now card.

Featured here is a the card highlighting Taylor's ninth inning grand slam. Go here to check it out and order.  Per the description on the reverse:
After the Brewers hit s ago-ahead grand slam in the seventh inning, the Dodgers answered with their own in the ninth inning. Chris Taylor crushed a go-ahead grand slam to cap a five-run ninth and a 10-8 comeback win. Since being recalled on April 19, Taylor has produced well with seven home runs and a .985 OPS.
