Steiner Sports is currently running an auction that includes various items from the estate of former Dodgers infielder Harry "Cookie" Lavagetto. There's a bunch of stuff from his coaching days, but there are also some goodies from his time in Brooklyn. One of which is featured above. (auction link)
What you see is a business card that was made for Lavagetto by his teammates/peers - no doubt honoring him for his play in the field and leadership in the clubhouse.
As a side note, the auction description relays how Cookie got his nickname:
Lavagetto signed with Cookie DeVincenzi, owner of the Pacific Coast League’s Oakland Oaks. Harry became known as "Cookie's boy" and, eventually, just plain Cookie.Below are even more Lavagetto memorabilia. Here is a circa 1940's (likely 1947) game-used glove. It is thought to have been used by Cookie during the 1947 World Series. (auction link)
Below is Cookie's golden Dodgers belt buckle that dates from 1951 to 1953. At the time he was a coach for Brooklyn. BTW, this buckle was only given out to coaches and players. (auction link)
Lastly, below is Lavagetto's Silver Major League Lifetime Pass. (auction link) For those who don't know, a pass like this is given to anyone who has eight years of Major League Baseball playing time or has spent 25 years in the front office.
