The response from the Anderson employees was overwhelmingly positive. One employee said, "One of the things that really resonates is that professionals practice. As Bob said, a shortstop might only field 4-5 ground balls in a game, but in a practice session he's liable to take about a hundred. That level of repetition and commitment is a big part of excellence."Another said, "I honestly enjoyed the presentation. I thought it was a combination of funny, interesting, and an educational moment of many different facets of life."
"Bob brought humor, humility, honesty, insight and energy to our team. He helped us see that we too are a team and how we respond and react will determine the outcome of our day as individuals and as a group," said another employee.
