2020 Topps Baseball Flagship, Series 1 -- The Dodger Short Prints

As always, there are numerous 'short-printed' cards available in the base set to chase after. For this years Series 1 installment there are eight Dodger cards available in packs -- Cody Bellinger and Gavin Lux each have two a piece. BTW, the Koufax 'short-print' shows him shaking hands with another Baseball legend -- Yankee Hall of Famer Whitey Ford. That photo was originally taken on October 1, 1963 -- the day prior to Game 1 of the World Series against the Yankees. Sandy and Whitey would face off against each other on that day, and as you likely know Koufax came out the victor. He pitched a six hit complete game to defeat the Yankees, 5-2. The Dodgers would eventually win the series by sweeping the Bronx Bombers.
