The Dodgers won a crazy one this afternoon. Amidst a fan protest, dismal attendance and a last place standing the Dodger overcame it all to come out the victors. They matched a stellar pitching performance by a Padres staff with one of their own. The Dodgers had a one hitter while the Padres were fighting for a no-no. With the Dodgers coming up to the plate in the bottom of the ninth they finally decided to take matters into their own hands. That is, Juan Uribe and Dioner Navarro took the bull by the horns. With two outs, Uribe whacked a double to left and Navarro singled him home for a walk-off RBI.Wild celebration ensued. The sparse crowd were rewarded for their patience as the Dodgers recorded their 3rd win in a row, and their 5th 3 game winning streak of the year. Hopefully they can break into 4 win territory tomorrow.
