Once again, Panini had two different kind of packs available. The Silver Packs were available as a wrapper redemption during the convention. The purchase of certain Panini products at the got you a certain number of packs. They also had Gold Packs available to only their VIP Party attendees. As has been the case of late, the checklist provided by Panini is not entirely complete, so there may be other Dodger cards not listed below that have yet to be unearthed.

Heritage Vintage Sports Auctions
I stumbled across these cards while window shopping on eBay. Apparently, Heritage Auctions gave away a bunch of promotional cards during the 2018 National Sports Collectors Convention in Cleveland, and they feature numerous high-dollar cards and memorabilia they've sold over the past year; including the famed "Tough Call" Normal Rockwell Study.
